  • Identification data: name, telephone, email.
  • Geolocation data (necessary for taxi assignment).
  • Payment data (tokenized by secure payment provider).
  • Device data (model, IP, app version).
  • Professional data (drivers only): license number, vehicle, contact and availability.

4. Processing Purposes

  • Manage transport requests and driver assignments.
  • Process payments and issue invoices to users.
  • Communicate service status and technical support.
  • Comply with legal obligations in tax and transport matters.
  • Improve user experience and application security.

5. Legal Basis

  • Performance of a service contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • User consent (geolocation, notifications, marketing).

6. Data Sharing

Data may be shared with:

  • Self-employed drivers collaborating with AndTaxi.
  • Banking entities and payment providers.
  • Public authorities of the Principality of Andorra in case of legal requirement.

7. International Transfers

Data is hosted on servers within the European Economic Area or with providers with adequacy level recognized by the EU (e.g., Google Cloud or AWS).

8. Data Retention

Data will be retained while the user maintains an active account and, after deletion, for the periods required by law (max. 5 years for tax obligations).

9. User Rights

Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition by email to eric@prozeus.es, attaching a copy of their identity document.

10. Data Security

AndTaxi applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.

11. App Permissions

The AndTaxi application may request the following optional permissions to enhance your experience:

  • Camera Access: Allows you to take photos directly within the app (e.g., to capture receipts, report issues, or upload profile pictures). This permission is optional and can be denied without affecting core app functionality.
  • Photo Gallery Access: Allows you to select existing photos from your device's gallery for upload. This permission is optional and you can choose not to grant it.

Both permissions are entirely optional. If you choose not to grant these permissions, you can still use all core features of the AndTaxi application. Photos are only uploaded when you explicitly choose to do so, and are processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
