Terms and Conditions for Drivers

1. Registration and Requirements

Drivers must:

• Possess a valid taxi license in the Principality of Andorra.
• Comply with public passenger transport regulations.
• Maintain their vehicle in legal, technical and sanitary conditions.
• Be registered as self-employed (empresaris individuals) with CASS.

2. Legal Relationship

• The driver acts as an independent professional, with no employment relationship with PROZEUS SLU.
• The company does not intervene in setting the trip price, which is determined exclusively by the taximeter.

3. Payments and Commissions

• The driver collects directly from the user the amount indicated by the taximeter.
• PROZEUS SLU charges the end customer a platform usage commission (not deducted from the taxi driver).
• The amounts of this commission are communicated transparently in the app before confirming the trip.

4. Driver Obligations

• Ensure professional treatment and punctuality.
• Not use the application for purposes other than authorized transport.
• Keep license, vehicle and insurance data updated.

5. Liability

• The driver is responsible for the correct execution of the service and compliance with transport regulations.
• AndTaxi may suspend accounts for inappropriate conduct, repeated negative ratings or legal non-compliance.
